The Main Street Landing Board Room is located on the second floor of the Lake & College building at 60 Lake Street. This room is a semi-private space directly off the elevators and is an open space with decorative dividers at one end. The Board Room seats 30 people, has 2 large conference tables with 30 chairs, and additional side tables for serving refreshments. It is one of Main Street Landing's most popular rentals because of its affordability. A pull-down projector screen is included with the space.

Projectors, speakers, and podiums are available to rent for an additional charge.
